Blackout Schedule allows for site administrators to schedule a period in which all notifications will be rerouted to a specific group instead of the original destination. During a Blackout Schedule, all events and actions will take place, only notifications will be re-routed.
Blackout Schedules can not be modified once created, they must be deleted and a new schedule created.
For example, During the hours of 8:00 pm and 8:00 am any event that would trigger a notification will be instead routed to the on-call group.
