Unlike Blackout Schedules, Test Mode will prevent any notifications from going out. Test Mode will also prevent any actions from taking place on the system. Instead, any actions that should take place will be recorded in the Test Mode log section.
Click Test Mode under the Restrictions heading at the bottom of the page.
Click Disabled to move the radio button up
Click Submit to save the setting, and disable the yellow banner.
