Step 1 - Select More

From the "Cloud Buttons" section on the left-hand side of the page, Click More

Step 2 - Edit

Click Edit to edit the button

Step 3 - Modify the settings

Modify the desired settings and fields

1. Button Name - Assign a name to the button
2. Message Type - Select one or more of the message types for your message
   1. Call - Make a phone call to selected contacts
   2. SMS Text Send a Text message to selected contacts.
   3. Email - Send an Email message to selected contacts.
   4. User Selected - Send a message based upon the contact preference. (set under the contact, default none selected)
3. Send To - ****
   1. All Contacts - Sends a message to All Contact on the system.
   2. Calling List - Provides a list of all groups of contacts on the system, one or more groups can be selected.
4. Message - Enter the message you wish to send. If the message is more than 160 characters additional charges may apply. The message entered here will be sent based upon the Message Type Selected:
   1. Text Message - Additional message units may be used if a message is longer than 160 characters.
   2. Email - Message will be sent as shown.
   3. Call - Message will be played to the called party via Text to Speech.
5. Recording - If a Recording is selected, this will be played to the called party instead of reading the Message entered in the Message box as text to speech.
   1. If Email is selected, the Email body will be the Message typed in the Message box and the selected recording will be sent as an attachment.
6. Button Color - The Button Color displayed in the "Cloud Button" Section of the site can be modified by selecting one of the options from the drop-down list.
7. Require PIN - An Optional PIN may be required when the button is activated to secure the button from other users on the system. This PIN is the same as the "Call Passcode" defined under the "My Account" for each user.
8. Save - Click "Save" to save the button and changes.

<aside> 💡 If SMS Text is selected for the message type, and the message entered in the Message box is longer than 160 Characters when the "Save" button has been pressed the message below in green will be displayed.
