Once logged into StaffAlerter it is very important if you are using a default username and password to modify your account settings and change them

Step 1 - My Account

Click on My Account under the Accounts heading at the bottom of the page.

  1. Username - Enter your desired login username, Username cannot contain a space.
  2. E-mail address - Enter a valid email address
  3. Password - You must enter your current password, then the new password and confirm the new password.
  4. Status:
    1. Active - Your account is able to log into the website.
    2. Blocked - Prevents your account from logging into the website.
  5. Roles - The current permission level for your user. Additional permission levels can be created upon request, all permissions are customizable.
  6. Administrative Overlay - Allows pages to be viewed on the top of an existing page.
  7. Locale Settings - The time zone used for your user.
  8. Phone Number - The Cell phone number that can be used for call-in recordings and messaging.
  9. Real Name - The name of the user.
  10. Call Passcode - The dial-in passcode for use with the StaffAlerter call-in feature
