Once logged into StaffAlerter as an authorized user you are presented with your account information screen.
Modifying phone numbers for notification
You can update the phone numbers for SMS and Voice calls at anytime by modifying the phone number. When the number is modified you will be presented with the “Text Code Now” or “Call With Code Now” buttons and the code verification box, as shown below.
Step 1 - Edit My Account
Click on Edit

- Current Password - Enter your current password to allow for modifications to the email or password.
- E-mail address - Enter a valid email address
- New Password - You must enter your current password for modifications , then the new password and confirm the new password.
- Administrative Overlay - Allows pages to be viewed on the top of an existing page.
- Locale Settings - The time zone used for your user.
- Phone Number - The Cell phone number that can be used for call-in recordings and messaging.
- Real Name - The name of the user.
- Call Passcode - The dial-in passcode for use with the StaffAlerter call-in feature
