Particle Devices are used to interact with other systems, hardwire buttons, or other devices on-premise. Particle processors are used in SA-Alert, Contact Notifier, SA-WiFi Base, and other StaffAlerter products. When a device is ordered it is configured on your organization's StaffAlerter portal and preconfigured to work on your organization's wireless network.

Step 1 - Particle Devices

Click on Particle Devices under the Devices heading at the bottom of the page.

Step 2 - Device List

Click on the Device Name to view more detail about the device

Step 3 - Device Page

Click Event Logs at the top of the Device page

Step 4 - Filtering the Events

Filtering By Event allows for you to see only a specific type of event, the date and time the event was published, and allows for a rule to be created for the event using the Create/Alter Action function. The StaffAlerter Site stores the last 1,000 events received by default.

2. Click Apply
