StaffAlerter utilizes MQTT a protocol designed for IoT applications. This allows StaffAlerter to integrate with millions of devices on the market today that can send events using this protocol. Any device that connects to your StaffAlerter site via MQTT must be approved by a site administrator.
To interface with on-premise applications and devices, a local dashboard may also be required on-site to facilitate the implementation of a custom solution.
